      Shield: Copper wire shield
       Filler: Polypropylene (Nonhygroscopic material)
       Binding Tape: Polyester and/or non-woven tape (Optional: water blocking tape)
      Sheath: Black polyvinylene (Optional: polyvinyl chloride)
